How's Your Month Going?

Up until Friday & Saturday, we were pacing horribly. All it took was two good days to get us back on track. Working to keep that momentum going through EOM.

I built a spreadsheet with data from 01/18 to present day, with the number of car sales we have gotten each day, and each day of week. If historical trends hold true, we are at the start of a great week (imagine that, last week of the month being great).

The key takeaway is that while some dealerships are performing well, underlying market weakness in retail sales is being masked by strategic fleet sales.
