Appointment Setter – Auto Dealership Products and Services
Do you have business development or sales experience at an auto dealership or selling products to auto dealers? Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of B2B outbound calling? We want you!
Fast growing digital marketing startup Digital Air Strike seeks an appointment setter to drive sales of our social media and reputation management products. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls to set appointments for the outside Sales Executives. Individual will be part of a sales team focused on the sale of social media products and services to the automobile dealership sector (B2B). This is an important, exciting sales position with strong opportunity for growth within the company.
Additional Details:

  • The appointment setter ­­position is a position for a motivated person; to be an appointment setter you must be comfortable calling potential clients, forming a relationship, and then scheduling appointments for one of our field sales staff.
  • The potential customers that you will be making contact with are automobile dealerships in the local area.
  • The quality of these appointments is paramount, as your commission will relate to how many of your appointments turn into sales, not just on how many appointments you set.
Skills and Competencies Required:
--Ambitious and aggressive team player possessing superior telephone selling skills
--Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
--Ability to persuade and influence others to gain commitment
--Ability to work consistently, effectively and persistently under daily selling pressures
--High-level lead qualification skills
--Effective use of Microsoft Office product suite required
--Ability to create/follow scripts
--Flexible, adaptable and quick thinking
--Demonstrates resiliency and the ability to handle rejection
--A polite, confident and friendly manner
--Prior experience in making out-bound calls

Qualifications:
--Experience in auto industry. You have to speak the language.
--Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
--At least one (1) to two (2) years of outbound telesales or business development experience, preferably in a business-to-business role.
--Experience making outbound sales calls
Compensation:
We offer a compensation package including:
• Base salary plus commission, medical coverage, 401k, vacation time.
