Have you seen Chevy's latest campaign - "Under the Blue Arch"? - based on a series of ads with an overtly sitcom feel.

The commercials / sitcom makes light of, while mimicking actual sitcoms based on the same premise (funny work environment). But nothing really like an actual dealership.

I've watch most of them and while I've found some of them quite funny.

Do these "commercials" have branding power?

I'm not sure - what do you think?

No, it's not hollywood, but you can see Mitch try to craft a story. If you gave Mitch the RESOURCES of a pro production team, I'd bet big $$ that Mitch's wAckED sense of humor and his fearlessness would create a story that's a whole lot more fun to watch.
