ELEAD1ONE, the leading dealership software provider in the automotive space, has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Director specializing solely in sales of the Fixed Operations product suite. The right person will have a passion for helping Service Managers and Dealers pioneer new Lane and Shop strategies to boost profits, solidify customer loyalty, and increase productivity in their service departments. The highly-dedicated Fixed Ops expert will be responsible for all sales activities and results, prospecting, Dealer relationships, and provision of reliable customer support to uphold the ELEAD1ONE brand.
Additional Duties:
· Acting as a liaison between dealerships and corporate offices.
· Producing in-depth analyses and reports regarding field activities and dealership progress, including month-end reports and sales forecasting.
· Ensuring current dealer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to dealer problems, concerns, or needs.
· Communicating to the Service1One Training Team and Performance Managers of ongoing educational and operational opportunities with new and existing client partners.
· Managing and monitoring all contracts, as well as accounts receivable for the region.
· Growing client partner relationships through field visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-up.
· Conducting sales and finance presentations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and service experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
· Direct sales experience required.
· Either Automotive space sales experience or Fixed Operations Managerial experience required.
· Admin-level mastery of automotive technology at the Dealership level.
· Strong presentation and public speaking skills a must.
· Meet high standards in verbal and written communication.
· Strong relationship building skills.
· Adept at business consulting, analysis and reporting.
· Must be a motivated self-starter and have the desire to succeed in a fast-paced rapidly growing company.
· Ability to work independently from a remote/home office.
· Frequent travel required.
