full disclosure, I'm a sales and training consultant for ProMax.
There are lots of pros and cons to systems, but one of the things that stands out for me is the ability to handle a lead start to finish -- from it's inception, through the appointment, on to desking and followup after the sale. Are there folks who excel in certain areas? Of course. But I can tell you we are working everyday to build a product that more closely matches what our customers need, and I think we're best at providing the total product, start to finish.
As for requiring Admin access, users generally need to be Windows Administrators or Power Users. If that absolutely won't work (and sometimes that is the case), there are other solutions we can provide. I'm sorry that wasn't offered to you, Mike.
