- Experience in automotive industries (dealership or manufacturer)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good math and analytical skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to identify and meet clients needs
- Must be a self starter and problem solver
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Account management experience
Candidate must be able to:
- Travel on a weekly basis locally and around the country
- Train/Implement new clients on the "Retail Sales Process" and system with a consistent proven approach
- Work with clients to understand dealership expectations and educate clients on best practices
- Proactively assist the client with successful habits for success
- Work with urgency & thoroughness
