How do you advertise your demos?

Clean 'em up, put 'em on the floor with DEMO across the window. The perception is that these units have "special" deals associated with them. We do not ruin the perception. Also -- good switch units: "You need to be $20 less per month? Well, we can be $20 less on that unit..."

You are correct, my example was directed to how bad it is advertised. For a demo--if you don't already do photos for the new cars--I will get photos same as you would do for a use just to show that it is in mint condition.
