TrueCar using Zag Dealer Data to Create Value???

The Toyota Camry competes with the Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, Ford Fusion, Chevrolet Malibu and the Hyundai Sonata, which is priced much lower than the Camry, while offering more horsepower, equal fuel economy,bolder styling and they stop.

I know that dealers have customers sign a Privacy Policy document. It states that dealerships have to provide customer information to others to complete the transaction. Obviously, a dealership must send it to lendors to secure finanacing. That information is also provided when submitting a vehicle delivery report. I don't think the privacy policy extendeds itself to third parties to mine information through a dealerships DMS.
