What an awful place to work.

Management with a giant ego and no business skills can only exist when there is a Franchise sign on the road to protect them... from themselves (i.e. The Franchise produces traffic and profits while bone-headed management f's it up).

It has remained constant over all of my years in the car business. Throw a PHD in to the works and things really go down hill. You need one of those buttons, like Staples gives out, that says, "Do what?" "Have you lost your F'n mind?"
