I need help :)!!! Who knows information about the paperwork that needs to stay at the dealership? I have been told we need to keep 7 years worth on hand....is that correct? We are really running out of room and I'm trying to clean up a little!!! Thanks...Julie

I would look into one of the companies that scans the docs and stores them. I would not use your DMS for this as if you ever leave they will charge a bunch to get that data. There are some good ones out there. Some you scan yourself some they will pick up the docs and scan then shred.
