I just came on board here and unfortunately it's too late for me to have a say in the CRM selection, they have already decided on the Arkona CRM and we'll be live on it in.. about a month probably. We are already using the Arkona DMS (I'm used to R&R but I think I'm adjusting OK..).
So my question is, anybody seen this CRM/using it? What did you think? Any drawbacks that will quickly become obvious? How is it working for you?

I try to be optimistic but I have never seen this CRM so I'm a bit scared. :D
