I am shopping for a CRM for a small dealer group. I have experience with Imagic CRM/ILM, eLead Evolution, Cobalt LMCC, and AVV Webcontrol. I love Imagic, however, they are too expensive for these stores based on their current sales and size. I need something that will handle both CRM and Internet Sales, Desking, and Inventory. Dealerpeak seems to have the full package. I have a demo scheduled for Monday.

I would like to hear any feedback in regards to their products and tech support.
