Does anyone use XRM Car Research? If so, do you know how to add auto email follow-ups? The only options I see within their platform requires the user to still "manually" complete the "auto email," which completely defeats the purpose of adding "auto emails"
For example:
Day 2 "GM Email" > Internet Lead > OEM > Model (as there are multiple stores within the same CRM rooftop)
This requires the user to manually "update" the lead > edit follow-up rules > select template > save - 4-5 steps to send an email.
The only other solution they seem to have is to manually send email campaign every two days (yawn) or to use an "autoresponder," which obviously is not going to work. I am truly hoping they have a viable, realistic solution. Just need to get in touch with the right person.
