@Mark Morin I see you're not currently on the dealership side and I try to be wise to the possibility of "leading questions" here in the forums. So if you don't mind, maybe provide us with a bit more info what kind of feedback you're looking for?

When I came back here to MBH, I knew they had been using automotiveMastermind (or were at least signed up with them). I had sat through their original DEMO with the dealership several months before and was quite impressed. One of the founders (Marco Schnabl) worked at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan (an OEM owned dealerships) so they have a few direct lines into several points of key data that can provide some advantages to MB dealers using their tool.

Their customer service has been great thus far. Especially since we basically had to "reboot" and start fresh from the beginning (to no fault of theirs.) They're very proud to go out of their way and hire professionals that have dealer experience and experience using their their tool.

Since we are in the middle of the "reboot" with automotiveMastermind, I don't believe it would be completely fair for me to comment and throw out opinions other than I don't see how it can fail. It has a tremendous amount of features and the campaigns they have put together are impressive. The UI is one of the best I've seen and used. But like anything else. You need to commit. You can't set it and forget it and you can't halfass it.

@Mark Morin let's try and keep this thread top of mind so as I get more time with AMM (I even brought on a dedicated specialist).
