Greetings all. I’m a new used car dealer in Northern California. I want to sign up for the DMVs business partner automation (BPA) program but the instructions for doing so are seriously lacking on the DMV website. Has anyone applied for BPA for their dealership? Can you point me to any useful resources to get started?

Thanks!
