cars.com not reporting VDP data

For about the last two weeks, cars.com has not been reporting any data when I run reports. Nothing for VDPs, SRPs, leads, etc. Any inventory under 14 days is showing all zeroes and when I compare the current inventory report with one about 10 days ago, it has not changed. I have called tech support and as of yet, they have not found anything. I know it is working as we are getting leads, but I cannot see any of the data. Is anybody else experiencing this or has experienced this?

@Alex Snyder another good question for Alex and Joe, but guessing this late. Seems like they are dropping the ball again.

They have not figured it out yet. I feel like they are dropping the ball. Not having traffic data hampers my ability to see if the advertising is effective.
