Chip Boards for New Car Inventory

I was wondering if anyone uses them and if so what programs do you use to make the actual chips that go on the board.

Currently I have a receptionist typing out each and every chip, but this seems to be a total waste of time. There has to be an easier way to have this done, especialy when using a "Chip Board" for inventory mgmt.

Thanks for the input.

We just implemented a chip board for our new and used inventory and we just hand write the cards. Once it's done the first time for everything you just have to update as new inventory comes in. The sales staff makes new chips for any trade in they take in and our receptionist makes the new car ones when we receive our new car shipments. So far it's been pretty smooth.
