Since we have a weirdest feature thread, I figured it only made sense to have a coolest feature thread!
So I guess I will start with some!
What other cool features have you seen?

- The ability to track when consumers read emails sent from the system and alerts the salespeople.
- Duplicate and bad lead rejection/reporting which can save a lot of money if you purchase a lot of leads.
- Easily embed and send videos in an email (vehicle videos, salesperson greetings, video of service department, etc)
- Create email templates that contain similar vehicles to the one the customer is interested in (some companies charge hundreds of dollars for this one little feature)
