Are there any CRM tools that offer Text messaging to Customers and prospects?

Lets take this a bit further, are there any CRM tools that are offering bi-directional texting (SMS) to Customers?

I met this group at NADA. I am slated to build their SMS Gateway API into Salesforce.com in Q2. Not sure if the service is good,bad or indifferent. The service does indicate it offers deliver assurance, with callbacks on failures.

I will post back to this thread as I learn more about their product.

I work for VinSolutions, we just launched bi-directional texting into our CRM offering. All texts become part of the customer history. Please feel free to ask me any specific questions.
