How many of you are using some sort of Customer Profile or Interview Form? We have never traditionally used one and kind of left it up to our sales staff and assumed they are asking the right questions and getting the right information to be able to properly select a vehicle and also the right way to propose numbers to them.
I recently hired a salesperson who came from a Honda store and he said they used a Customer Profile Sheet that did a really good job of getting the qualifying questions from the customer without making it sound like an interrogation or without it sounding like your are prying for personal information early on.
Anyone using anything of the sorts or have had positive experience with one? Any examples?
