dealer socket contract

AI Summary

A dealer is seeking advice on breaking a Dealer Socket CRM contract after three years, frustrated that the vendor auto-renewed them for another two years and is now holding them to the full term. While one responder suggests the poster provide more details to get community help, a Dealer Socket representative (Hunter Swift) offers direct assistance via phone, indicating the issue may be resolvable through direct vendor negotiation rather than forum discussion.

Has anyone had any success with getting out of a Dealer Socket Contract? We have worked at length with trying to do so to no avail. They seem unwilling to work with us on this topic. Any success stories or advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated. We ar 3 years in with them, after 2 years they auto renewed us, (our fault for not catching it), but they want to shoot us for the full 2 year auto renewal. Please help.

Erhib,

I think that if you explain the issue here that you had to cancel someone may come and try to help.

Otherwise all you have posted is a contract dispute of terms and I would think that no one but the legal department can or would get involved, and they won't in a forum.

Open up a little bit and someone may reach out.
