We have been using Dealerpeak in our 10 store group since June of last year. Although Dealerpeak has been around for quite awhile they have made some incredible progress in the last year or two. They integrate with everything we could throw at it. Having our websites, CRM and desking tool fully integrated makes each section of their product more powerful. I sent you a PM with my info.
