I am creating some work arounds for my suggestions without changing the currect autobase structure.

After a quote is sent, I go to my sent emails . I copy that email into seperate email folders titled civic,accords,pilots, used cars etc...

Autobase did contact me directly and made a suggestion that has helped. My work around is something I'm going to try out as well.
