AI Summary

# Summary A dealer seeking newsletter solutions asked for alternatives to Constant Contact, receiving recommendations for multiple platforms including MailChimp, IMN (iMakeNews), Sensible Driver, Streamsend, 3 Birds Marketing, and Aweber. The thread reveals a spectrum of options: complete all-in-one solutions with pre-built templates and support (IMN, Sensible Driver, 3 Birds Marketing) versus simpler, more affordable self-serve platforms (MailChimp, Aweber), with general consensus that MailChimp offers the best delivery rates and value for basic needs. The key insight is that dealerships should prioritize their budget and technical comfort level, as industry-specific solutions provide more support and features but at higher cost, while general platforms require more hands-on work but are cheaper.

Juls, I use IMN - imakenews for 2 of my dealers and overall I'm satisfied though it's not the cheapest service on the block. My support rep is very good though. The reporting is decent, especially if you really dig into it and you use the "follow-up" feature where you can really target your message to the right people, of course they charge extra for this feature :(

I would consider 3 Birds Marketing email marketing

As Ryan has pointed out, Sensible Driver would be one to consider as well.

These 3 above mentioned services are complete solutions and support pre-defined articles.

For a more self-serve approach you have many options but of course are more "work".

MailChimp is what I personally use for my DealerRefresh Newsletters and email updates.

I'm also a fan of AWeber.

Constant Contact has been around for a long time and is one to consider.

icontact is another service I was considering at one point.

Lot's of options!
