AJ, I don't know the cost but Alex announced that Dealer.com has a new CRM. We are committed to DealerSocket which will be installed at our two Lexus stores this month. Not a bad thing, I was using it three years ago and liked it. From what I have seen, it has seen significant improvements since I used it.

Are you having issues with elead? Are you just trying to cut expenses?

Be cautious. What we are using now is to an internet department what the '60s was to chastity.
