I had the opportunity to hire a young, motivated individual that came from a different industry and need to get him up to speed with all things F&I and desking related. I was thinking possibly sending him to NADA University for a few days and may still explore that option. I want to make sure he gets the proper attention he needs during the onboarding stage. Any suggestions?
