Major Problems with Dealer Socket mobile app

AI Summary

A Dealer Socket user reports that their mobile app automatically appends a duplicate signature line to all emails, causing unprofessional double signatures regardless of custom signature settings, while support has been unresponsive to the issue. Another user notes their mobile app adds their regular signature under templates without an easy delete option. The thread remains largely unresolved with limited engagement, though one commenter indicated they would investigate further.

I wonder if I'm alone or if everyone using Dealer Socket has the same major flaw within their mobile app. When you send an email from the mobile app, it automatically adds this signature:

It doesn't matter if you have signatures set up for individual users or not or if you have signatures set up in your templates. Every email we send from the mobile app sends with our normal signature plus this additional one and we look like idiots.

Support hasn't been of any help and doesn't seem to think this is extremely urgent.

The only way you even realize this issue is going on is to look in the worknotes at the emails you sent through your mobile app or you may notice them when customers reply to your email. From the mobile app you would never even know this was happening.
