Hi I’ve just purchased my 16th vehicle from a online dealer auction , Unfortunately the vehicle is not as described I have paid for the vehicle and used their delivery service, They are not willing to except the vehicle back how do I stand with the law buying from a dealer to another dealer ?

I believe you are going to be stuck with that vehicle, unless the car dealership provided you with explicit money-back guarantee.

At any "As-Is" auction you should never be paying MMR, a matter of fact I utilize Trade-In value for those auctions in order 1) to either cushion the blow of a shit car (allowing me to recon and retail) 2) Quick wholesale with minimal losses. You will be stuck in the car, and there is no dealer to dealer "laws" that I'm aware of. Usually, the only protection comes via the facilitating auction in order to stimulate business. Live and learn on that one
