It's true that a bad phone-up game can really impact a dealership's performance, both in terms of customer satisfaction and potential sales. We've all been there, right?
Speaking from past experience, yes, I can agree we've all been there. The problem is too many dealers stick their heads in the sand pretending it's not that big of a problem. Sounds like you've been there before. What steps did you take to fix it?
 
The fact is, if potential buyers have been in contact with a dealership, generally that's a telltale sign there's varying degrees of interest.
