So I finally convinced my owner that we need a BDC set up instead of having our most knowledge salesman on the internet, and not on the floor where he should be, he currently is allowed to take phone ups and walk ins on top of the internet.

Anyway they want to send me to training through bdcexperts.com, the problem is I am on vacation when this starts and would have to cut it short, they don't offer class in Aug and can’t give me a firm date in Sept. in which I have a wedding.

Does anyone know of a good company that does BDC training. They were looking to send me to NC for a week long class; I think they do not want an in house training so we don't ruffle any feathers just yet.

Any help, tips, companies, ect. for BDC bootcamp/training in July, Aug, or September would be appreciated.

They want it all done asap so waiting for the September dates and finding out it’s during the wedding would not help the cause.

I look forward to any ones input or ideas.

I have already been listening to Jerry and would love to use his company, I am not just sure they would like someone to come in house, sounds like they want me to go, learn, and bring back and implement, I think in house may be better due to the individuality of our dealership.

Neil,

We have an option for you that would take less than a week to set up, more than likely 3-5 days.

I called and left you a voice-mail, and would love to run you through the service via a Join.Me meeting where I can share my screen with you.

Bringing Jerry in was one of the best training programs we ever did at Checkered Flag. The key to it is sticking to the mystery shops.....those breed consistency.

Jerry, Thanks for your time today! As I said I have been following you on here for a while now and think there is some gold in your process. One thing we have huge problems on is outbound calls (prospecting, unsold, manifest, ect.) and email follow up. For this reason we still think a minature BDC may be needed, but that doesn't mean the indiviaduals staffed in the BDC won't need inbound phone training. I think Steve was impressed and we have a meeting tommorow with Bob (our ad guy) in which I am sure we will duscuss this more.

I did want to apologize with getting caught up playing IT guy in the begining of the meeting. I am sure we will be in contact in the future and once again thanks for your time and reaching out, its reasons like this I come to DR.

Happy Birthday BTW.
