Refreshers,
As a sponsor and active participant in the forums I hope you'll give me a little leeway on a semi-promotional post
(In all seriousness, I want a Refresher to win and the odds are very good!)
We are trying something a little different this week in advance of the busy conference season by doing a virtual "dropping of the business card" to win an Ipad. All you need to do is watch a short video testimonial from Jeff King of Bozard Ford and call, PM or Email me your name and title and the number of cars Bozard sold in April of 2013 to enter. This is stupid easy and the odds of winning are really pretty darn good. How many dealership employees will take 5 minutes to hear from a peer that has been wildly successful leveraging reviews to win business?
Jeff is a staunch advocate and used DealerRater to facilitate a strong culture of Customer Experience in his store. He shares some pretty solid best practices in this video that will be worthwhile even if you don't win the Ipad.
Worst case scenario: You spend 5 minutes and pick up a tip from a dealer that is killing it that improves your personal business.
Best case scenario: You spend 5 minutes and pick up a tip from a dealer that is killing it that improves your personal business AND win an Ipad.
