The Wall Street Journal recently reported that the average car on the road in the States has had 11 birthdays! That is an awful lot of CP...
What strategies are you employing to combat defection to those perceived lower cost service providers like Jiffy Lube, Firestone and your local Gus's Garage? Maybe a tougher question, but if you really believed that your service department represented a better value than an independent, what would you do to convince your friends and family?
