So are we thinking someone with $6B+ who wants to get into or increase their foothold in the market?
CDK is.. substantial. If this goes through, I just hope to see them continue to centralize all their products under Fortellis.

I don't see it. Although I'm certain there's a data play here, I don't know that Amazon would want all the legacy software projects.

I actually used to work for CDK. One of the best jobs I've had. I'd say with where they're at under Krzanich I could see a potential play from either Microsoft, Salesforce, or another investment firm with current management kept in place.

CDK said the acquisition by Brookfield Business Partners is expected to close in the third quarter.
