Hello Dealer Refresh! I'm Drew, a new user to this forum and a new online marketing associate in the dealership world. A little about myself: I am a music composer by trade, but am currently working for a Buy Here Pay Here Car dealership - Sellersville Charge A Car. I was hired for my tech savvy experience and have been working on implementing various Internet marketing strategies.
Currently, Facebook is our main platform for online customer interaction and service. We have 200+ friends and 50+ likes on Facebook, which for a 5 employee business is decent, I think. Since I've started, I've created Yelp!, Google Places, FourSquare, Google+, Twitter, and Blog accounts. I constantly post on Facebook that we are at these new sites, but I am facing a challenge in persuading our clients to visit these sites to review or comment. Does anyone have any tips for this problem, or any additional advice for a young gun like me? I'd really appreciate any help!
Thanks a bunch,
Drew S.
