Hope this is the right forum, I kind of took a guess at where this fits...
A friend of mine is looking at a position with a company called Open Dealer Exchange. According to their website, they offer some sort of integration between the DMS and the various funding sources (banks, CU's, manufacturer finance arms, etc).
I see that this firm is a joint effort between ADP and ReyRey (what's next, dogs and cats sleeping together? Mass hysteria!) set up in 2009 but other than some press releases I've not been able to find much on the web.
So, can anyone provide any background on these guys? Is it a reputable firm with a decent business or are they an also-ran in this space? With the economy the way it is, my buddy doesn't want to leave his current position (which, while not the perfect job is at least a steady paycheck) for something that will be gone and forgotten in a year.
Any insight would be appreciated!
