This will have a few vendors stirred up I'm sure. I used to be back and forth with this subject. I'll reframe from throwing my opinion into the mix until I hear your webinar tomorrow.

I agree with Yago! The webinar was not a bashing session but rather a wake up call. In my store, I had three managers and 4 sales people end up hanging out at my desk for the better part of the 2 hours. Many commented that the suggestions and topics are "no brainers" and actionable items. Well done Jerry!
