1. Consumers love being able to get a competitive offer for their car from the comfort of their homes. Carvana, Vroom, and Lithia proved this and more are following suit.
2. You can't have a real digital retailing experience unless you can integrate the trade.
3. Markets are moving quickly and will continue to change in the coming months. It's not enough to look at simple averages and gut calls to value vehicles. You need massive amounts of data, a programmatic process and the ability to easily change the rules driving that process.
