Title: Web Support Analyst
Location: New Jersey, USA

Summary:

This role is at the heart of our customer service team providing support for our suite of online automotive marketing systems.
As a Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for clients with responsibility for processing support requests as well as documenting and troubleshooting issues. Speedy problem resolution, close relationships with clients and customer satisfaction are the primary goals of the support team.

Responsibilities:

Accurate recording of client requests and issues
Breakdown of problems and troubleshooting solutions
Internal escalation where appropriate
Liaison with external third parties when necessary
Proactive follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close cases

Skills:

Excellent written and spoken English
Familiarity with web-based technologies and applications
Ability to systematically breakdown and troubleshoot technical problems
A keen problem solver with a desire to interact with and assist customers

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2+ years experience in a web based application support environment.
Automotive industry knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
