Dealersocket - Error Message

I was just giving you a hard time. That thread shows that we are not the only ones, and also that there is a growing demand for it. ActiveX controls and the ability to use Flash really throw a wrench in things, if those two things worked in the other browsers, and on all Mac products we'd be a lot closer to a win-win.

Like I said, we'll get there.

I understand the prioritization. I was just giving that old thread some love ;) ....and I'm a Mac user.

Mitch, I have to deal with the same. Nothing worse than firing up VMWare to get something accomplished in my CRM. The CRM I use (I won't name here out of respect of this being a dealersocket thread), I'm able to accomplish about 90% of what I need to do in Safari, which also allows me yo work on my ipad.

✨ AI Highlights

# Summary A DealerSocket user on Mac encountered a server error when attempting to save status changes and found that the software was not fully compatible with macOS across multiple browsers. DealerSocket representatives acknowledged the limitation and explained that while some Mac users successfully use the platform, perfect functionality requires running Windows through virtualization software like Fusion or Parallels, though the company indicated Mac support improvements were on their development roadmap. The thread highlights a broader industry problem where automotive vendors prioritize Internet Explorer compatibility over cross-platform support based on customer demand percentages.
