Yep, the vacuum brand of the future is jumping hose-first into sustainable transportation.

Described as “radical and different” by the company’s founder, Sir James Dyson, the company has invested $2.7B into the initiative: half into the development of the car and the other half into a signature battery — that never loses suction.

According to BBC News, the company has been secretly working on the project for the past 2 years and hopes to be on the market by 2020.
