Anyone have experience with reputation management software that can find and fix broken links to review sites for me?
proactive reputation management out there?

Ask for either Song or Brendan. You might need some concierge help, at first.
I assume you're looking for a group to grab the correct information (updated) and fix past or incorrect listings. This could be a tall task and take some time. If you want a quick fix, use Yext (but you'll pay highly for it and when you stop paying them, your data goes into limbo). I'd stick with the aforementioned aggregator path, if I were you.

What do you mean by "broken links," @Marketing Newbie? Are you looking for a service to assure that directory sites are pointing to your url of choice?

Broken links are links that don’t work. They lead to nowhere. When you click on it, you see a 404 page or you are being redirected to the home page, sometimes it is just a blank screen (not a very good way to deal with broken links).

@Marketing Newbie , finding broken links is not the reputation management. It is simple onpage SEO. Do you want to optimize your website or your reputation? or both?

Your definition of "broken" is accurate, but Alex and I were going down the same path. I suspect Newbie meant that the listing links associated to his/her dealership were not accurate. Alex made a good suggestion with Vendasta. Hopefully, Newbie stuck around long enough to see it.Happy Friday and Last Day of the Month to all. Are you maybe referring to something like what dealerreviewrescue.com does? I saw them in action once and was pretty impressed. I couldn’t tell you exactly how their process works behind the scenes, but I know they somehow manipulate Google search link results and use the couple content removal tools with both Google and Bing. We had a small dealer group client that acquired a legacy domestic franchise with a trashed GMB profile—over 1,000 total reviews. They assumed they could just start fresh with a new profile, but Google denied that, and all appeals failed. Still, within six months, their GMB score climbed to over 4.5 stars, which was impressive given the volume of reviews needed to shift the average.
