This QR code maps to:

Normally we would setup an SMS like:
sms:+15558675309?body=Jenny%20take%20my%20number.
Never seen that before, but it worked immediately on my Pixel Pro.

That's a pretty awesome plugin. Normally there are a bunch of steps in the process. Not exactly sure who's paying the backend texting costs here...
