I wanted to share an article on how leaders should step back and look at their business like a consultant. How we can all get so caught up in the day to day and not be asking the right questions.
I have been talking to a few GMs who are looking for me to help them find a way to better grow their employees and help their DP be more effective.
So I ask the forum, How can we better train management in the dealerships to become better leaders for their teams?
